Eh Well, technically, the list of possible symptoms of cancer is a mile long ... Arnt and those "typical" symptoms of HIV, but honestly, if it points HIV almost anything is possible (advanced HIV may even allow for some form of cancer). What to do, I fully agree with the others before me - see a doctor ... will be the only way to know for sure. There are a multitude of cancer tests and a couple of tests for HIV. I'm not too much on the stuff oncology, but as for HIV, the typical test data (either by drawing blood, buccal swab or finger prick) are accurate once your body has produced antibodies - As little as 2 weeks to six months (3-6 months is the answer most practitioners will, just to be on the right side). If you are a hypochondriac mass and a decent insurance, you can request an antigen test, which will give accurate results until a few weeks contraction (the test for HIV itself rather than the body's defenses against it), but it is much more expensive than antibody tests. Again, only way to know for sure - see a doctor.
